Abstract

The following pilot study was the initial attempt of the International Association of Orofacial Myology together research data in a systematic manner from member clinicians across the United States. It is published here because of its pioneering nature and because the lessons learned and barriers encountered in conducting it should be helpful to investigators pursuing similar ventures in the future.
